Mr. Jaskula has had success having Mechanics Liens removed and in enforcing Mechanics Lien claims. The Mechanics Lien Act must be followed to the letter in order for a claimant to enforce their rights under the Act. 


In a current case filed in 2012, Mr. Jaskula is enforcing a client's mechanic lien rights against a building owner who allowed a $100,000 renovation to his property for which our client has not been paid. This litigation includes multiple plaintiffs and defendants and multiple legal theories of recovery.
